Medicine Cabinet Favorites

It is that time of year friends. Cold and Flu among other things is the season we have officially entered. If you are new here...I am not a fan of most OTC medicines. There is a time and place and in my opinion that time and place is incredibly limited. If you are looking to get into the more "holistic" side of medicine, this is a great place to start!

Dr. Green Mom has become one of my favorite one stop shops for supplements. From prenatal supplements to postpartum and infants/kids supplements, she is the place to go. These are my can't live withouts for this years sick season/new baby in the house! Click on any of these to get 10% off your whole cart or use the code HANNAHG10

Colicky: The purpose is in the name. This was a non-negotiable for me to add to our medicine cabinet in case our sweet babe needed it. Cure all for infant upset tummies and also helps with relaxations, teething relief and promotes healthy digestion.

Bronchial Calm: This helps your little one loosen phlegm and lessens the duration of a cough. It is also great for soothing the respiratory tract and is an anti-viral AND anti-bacterial.

Poo Motion: Sometimes getting sick causes an array of other issues. If your little one needs help getting the intestines right...this is your friend! This helps soften stools, soothes and protects the lining of the GI tract and relieves indigestion, gas, bloating and nausea.

Temperature Tamer: I am a firm believer in letter the fever do its job. AKA, kill whatever nasty thing is in the body making you sick. However, this is a great addition to a medicine cabinet because lets be real...no one wants Tylenol after their massive lawsuit involving children. If you're behind...read about here. Temperature Tamer is great at promoting heat release, helping in immune defense, relaxation and relieves discomfort caused by fever symptoms.

Nature's Biotic: Last but not least, this natural antibiotic. Antibiotics KILL your immune system and cause so many other issues. Before heading to the doc...try this out first. This can be taken to help with pink eye, at the onset of colds/flus, sinus, viral, bacterial infections. It can help reduce fevers and is an immune booster.

While all of these are "for kids/infants" adults and teens can obviously take them as well! There are so many more items I would add to this but these are my current faves on hand. I plan on doing more medicine cabinet faves and will highlight more basic "wellness" products!

If you are making the switch to a more holistic medicine cabinet, feel free to reach out with any questions! I am no medical professional so I will not make any medical suggestions. I simply share what I love and what has worked for me in the past!
